INFORMATIVE NOTE AND REQUEST FOR CONSENT
FOR PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA.
In
accordance with Italian D.Lgs. 196/2003, as amended,
the following information is provided for the User:
The data collected here
regarding the User are acquired and processed using
various media (paper and/or magnetic, electronic or
computer) for the sole purpose of evaluating possible
interest in setting up a future contractual relationship
as yet to be defined.
Granting of the User’s consent to supplying and
having personal data processed is optional, but withholding
consent will mean that these data will not be inserted
into Residence Le Santucce database and as a consequence
no contractual relationship will be possible.
The data acquired will be processed for the sole purpose
of personnel research activity for company requirements.
The User may exercise his/her rights regarding the data
acquired according to section 13 of D.Lgs. 196/2003,
of which a copy is provided for perusal.

In compliance with D.Lgs. 196/2003 section 13, the User
will have the right to:
- access the Guarantor's records;
- obtain information regarding his/her personal Data;
- cancel or block Data that do not comply with the law;
updating, correction or integration of Data (where requested),
as well as a declaration that those who have received
the data have been informed of such operations;
- oppose the processing of these data for legitimate
reasons.
