Santucce. We have lovingly converted this
historic building to offer 19 superb apartments.

Garden Underground is a popular bar especially on a warm
summer‘s evening and is situated in the town’s
main open park area which includes excellent play facilities
for children. A short walk/drive away is an attractive and
reasonably priced outdoor swimming pool open to the public
between May and September, offering a large main pool for
adults and a smaller one for children.

Ideally situated in the historic centre
of the medieval hill town Castiglion Fiorentino which enjoys
a rich cultural heritage celebrated especially in May/ early
June when the town is taken over by medieval madness! Come
and enjoy medieval games, food and all manner of medieval
merriment which includes Castiglion Fiorentino’s very
own palio (horse race) which is the culmination of an afternoon
of pageantry. We are happy to arrange for guided visits
to enable you to make the most of your stay.
Your location is a convenient one for visiting
Cortona which is only 10 minutes drive. There is a regular
bus and train service to near by Arezzo and Lake Trasimeno
( both of which can be reached in a mere 15 minutes by train.)
